Give Thanks Canvas
I have been busy, really busy but I did manage to finish a few things. The first one I love! I have been working on several of these as gifts. Some are for family and so they are more personal but this one I really love. Fall is just around the corner and it is such a fun time of year I think because I LOVE Halloween! This is an altered canvas I used the cricut and stretch your imagination cartridge. While I was working on this I had an idea to do all four seasons! Thanks for looking

Little Ladybug Layout
Well I normally do cards so I wanted to do something different this time. This layout was made using the Gypsy, and the ladybug file can be found here. The letters were cut with PS and they have a black shadow that didn't seem to show well in the picture. The heart pin cushion is a digi from Sew Many Cards. The "stitch" is a just free-hand doodle. On the heart I colored it with Copics and then used Liquid Pearls in Red Ruby and White Opal. Very simple and cute layout. I just need to add a picture of my little ladybug!

Magazine Holder Notecard Set
This cut file came from Scrapped Lives and she has lots of really neat cut files on her blog. The cut file if for the holder only and she offers it in two sizes. This is the smaller one and it is the perfect size for note cards.
To make the cards I just cut them out, scored them and used a Tim Holtz script stamp on the bigger ones. I stamped it with Victorian Velvet distress ink. I used the same stamp and ink on the holder. The "Hello" and the butterfly were a small Studio G set and stamped with Brushed Corduroy distress ink.

Starbucks Bottle
OK so I have tons of those Starbucks bottles The four packs. I have seen some people do amazing things with them. Dan keeps asking what I am going to do with them. He just can't see the potential. lol I finally pulled them out and cleaned the dust off. I didn't feel like I could commit to altering the entire set of four. But I do have future plans for that so stay tuned.
I decided to just do one bottle and see how it went. It was quick and easy and I was happy with the result. I have seen people put all kinds of things inside them but I decided to do flowers. I added the word Bloom, stickled with Fruit Punch and there is little charm and butterfly on the back. I cut the flower on the top in 5 sizes, then stickled and glued them all together.
